Be grateful and enjoy each moment of life

Waiting on the bus stop, I met 2 happy old ladies. I told them that they looked so happy. One of them said, “Well, I had an eye surgery. I’m grateful that I can see now. I’m retired. I have only a few more years to go. Every day when I get up I want to go out. I’m thankful that I’m alive, I can hear and I’m healthy.” Sometimes we just need to be reminded that life is short. We need to be grateful of what we have and enjoy each moment of life. (When I got on the bus, the card reader was broken, so I got a free ride. I was even more grateful).
