Fried martabak

Fried ‘martabak’ is one of my favourite food. It can be eaten as snack or even as a part of main meal.


  1. 300 gr of mince chicken 
  2. Spring onions 
  3. 1 egg
  4. Spring roll pastry
  5. Salt
  6. Pepper
  7. Ground cardamom
  8. Ground coriander 
  9. Ground turmeric 
  10. Ground cumin 
  11. Oil

How to cook it:

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the mince chicken.
  2. Slice the spring onions and then put them in the frying pan.
  3. Add egg.
  4. Add salt, pepper, ground cardamom, coriander, turmeric, and cumin.
  5. Put it aside.
  6. After it is cool, put the chicken filling into the spring roll wrap.
  7. Fry the ‘martabak’ in batch.
