Fried noodles

It is easy to cook fried noodles. You can put any vegetables or meat in the noodles. It is a good idea to always store egg noodles at home, in case you crave for noodles.

Ingredients:
  • Egg noodles
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 cm of ginger (slice the ginger)
  • 2 carrots
  • Bak choy
  • Spinach
  • Fish tofu
  • 1 tbs sesame oil
  • 2 tbs light soya sauce
  • 2 tbs dark soya sauce
  • 1 tbs sake
  • 3 tbs vegetable oil
  • 1 tbs sesame oil

How to cook it:
  1. Put the noodles in a bowl filled with boiled water for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Chop the garlic. Julienne the carrots. Cut the bak choy, spinach, and fish tofu.
  3. Heat the wok on medium heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Put the vegetable oil in the wok.
  5. Fry the garlic and ginger for about 1 minute. Don’t overcook it, otherwise it will be bitter.
  6. Add the fish tofu and all the vegetables.
  7. Put the noodles in the wok.
  8. Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce.
  9. Add sake.
  10. Add sesame oil. Sesame oil adds a delicious and distinctive aroma to the noodles.
