Japanese tofu

Ingredients:

  • Tofu
  • Spring onions
  • Sesame oil
  • Cooking wine
  • Salt & pepper
  • Water

How to cook it?

  1. Slice the tofu into small square cubes.
  2. Slice the spring onions.
  3. Heat the oil in the frying pan.
  4. Put the toufu in the fring pan.
  5. Add a little bit of water.
  6. Add spring onions.
  7. Add cooking wine.
  8. Adjust with salt and pepper.
