Stir-fry spinach


  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tomato
  • Spring onions
  • Spinach
  • Olive oil
  • Sesame oil
  • Salt & pepper

How to cook it?

  1. Slice the red onion, tomato, and spring onions.
  2. Heat the olive oil in the frying pan.
  3. Put the red onion onto the frying pan for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Toast the tomato, spring onions, and spinach.
  5. Put the sesame oil.
  6. Add salt and pepper.
